Before consciousness anchors itself in speech,
The world is an unfinished touch.

Unformed emotions,
In the pause of a breath, in the fissures of the tide,
Manifest — seeping into a vast, bleeding blue.

Faces are the sediment of history.
The tracks of ants are tiny antennae stretching toward memory,
Fading into the soundless wild, between the visible and the unseen.

The coo of a turtledove is not an echo from afar.
At the decisive moment where illusion and reality intertwine,
I am the observer of my own being, existing within the very heart of its flight.

There comes a moment
When we no longer explain experience; we are the experience itself.
No longer mere spectators of the world,
The world awakens within us, in a low, resonant hum.

On March 8, 2026, Gallery Where is proud to present the group exhibition “Hum, Hum, Hum”, featuring works by Jin Jiachen, Yang Li, and Zou Ziyao. In this exhibition, the three artists relinquish the a priori logical definitions of the world. Instead, they converge at that primal and sacred common ground—the precise moment where perception reaches consciousness, where the boundaries between "human" and "object" dissolve, and where history and dreams meet as one.
